Casa Andina is actively restructuring its Social and Civic Responsibility Strategy across the group, thus demonstrating a real commitment of shareholders and senior management.

1.	Casa Andina maintains a strict employment policy, which mandates that at least 80% of hotel staff must be locally sourced.
2.	Casa Andina is in the process of adopting a Code of Ethics and developing a Strategic Plan of Social Responsibility for 2011.
3.	In Colca, Puno and the Sacred Valley Casa Andina is instituting a pilot project that seeks to incorporate a full range of community products into our supply chain.
4.	In terms of eco-efficiency Casa Andina is developing opportunities to improve and reduce its consumption.
5.	For the past 3 years La Escuela Casa Andina has organized workshops in Cusco, Puno, the Sacred Valley and Colca and provided training to more than 60 people from communities involved in Rural Community Tourism.
