The most elegant restaurant in Arequipa, it occupies 2 rooms of the original colonial manor house opening onto the central patio. Javier Morante´s menu adapts traditional Arequipa cuisine, one of Peru’s most distinguished and creative. Regional delicacies include grilled ostrich, crayfish chowder, and stuffed rocoto peppers.

The restaurant features white tablecloths, thick sillar walls, dark wood floors, and period furnishings. The colonial dining room has a high vaulted ceiling, while the Republican-era room displays a painted ligh green, green and red wood ceiling brought vividly back to life.
