Suasi’s ecolodge is all about being green. Committed to conserving the island’s precious natural resources and not interfering with Suasi’s natural beauty, it is entirely solar-powered by German-engineered solar panels. Although there is no electricity, chimneys in each room and traditional means – hot water bottles and thick down comforters – keep guests warm in their cozy rooms.

A US $12 fee per guest to enter Suasi (included in all guests’ room cost) helps fund conservation projects on the island and in the immediate vicinity.
