WHAT ARE THE RESERVATION CONDITIONS?
In order to guarantee the booking, it is necessary to provide a credit card number, expiration date and the name of the card holder. The payment will be made at the hotel.
WHAT DOES THE RATE CONSIDER?
The rates that we offer via web are per night and may or may not include buffet breakfast (depending on the rate).
IS THE RATE BASE BY PERSON OR BY ROOM?
Accommodation rates are per room, per night.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION? WHICH EXPENSES CAN A CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF RESERVATION GENERATES?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or modify a reservation, provided that it is done 48 hours in advance of the check in and that they are not included in a promotion with different conditions.
In case this deadline is not respected, expenses for room and voided nights that are within 48 hours of the date of cancellation will be charged as penalty. In case of no-show, without prior notice, the hotel will charge automatically the 2 first nights of your stay.
HOW CAN I PAY A RESERVATION?
You can pay either by credit card or by cash directly at the hotel.

WHICH IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS THAT I CAN BOOK THROUGH THE WEB?
The maximum number of rooms that can be booked through our website is 10. If you need more rooms please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I ENLARGE OR REDUCE MY STAY AT THE HOTEL ONCE I GET THERE?
Any cancellation must be done 48 hours prior. If want to extend your stay it will depend on availability.
CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THE SAME DAY?
Yes you can, but it will depend on availability.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION SHOULD I SUBMIT AT CHECK IN?
You must present DNI (national identity card) or passport. For foreign guests, to be able to exonerate from IGV charge, they must present the immigration card.
CAN BEDS BE ADDED TO THE ROOMS?
This will depend on each hotel. You should ask for this when booking a reservation. It is not possible to do so in all rooms.
SHOULD I INCLUDE A CHILD OR INFANT IN THE RESERVATION?
The application does not allow us to include children or infants in the reservation. However, you can contact us at email@example.com to add them as a note.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO CHILDREN?
One child – younger than 12 years old– can share a room with 2 adults. However, an additional breakfast must be considered, and will be charged separately. In any case, you can arrange it at the reception desk.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A CRIB OR A ROOM WITH SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RESERVATION HAS BEEN DONE SUCCESSFULLY?
Once a reservation has been made, an automatic confirmation letter will be send to your email.
IN CASE AN ERROR OCCURS DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS, HOW DOES THE RESERVATION GET CONFIRMED?
In order for you to have a complete assurance that your booking has been done, you will receive a confirmation letter by email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON´T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING AT THE HOTEL?
The confirmation letter is in fact your booking confirmation. That is why we request that you print it and show it at the front desk at your arrival.
WHAT IS THE USUAL TIME FOR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?
The schedule depends on each destination: Arequipa, Chincha, Lima, Nasca, Chiclayo, Pucallpa, Trujillo, Piura, Talara, Tacna: check in 14:00 hours and check out 12:00 hours. Colca, Cusco, Puno and Valle Sagrado: check in 12:00 hours and check out 10:00 hours. Tumbes: check in 15:00 y check out 12:00. Machu Picchu check in: 13:00 y check out 11:00.
IF I PLAN TO ARRIVE LATER THAN 6 PM, SHOULD I NOTICE THE HOTEL?
It is not necessary.
